Nice small Dutch motorboat that can accommodate 6 people. Beautiful wood interior finish on the linings. However, this boat needs some refurbishment. The interior helm station needs rethinking, where it would be desirable to install a lounge area with benches convertible into one or two berths (the navigation certificate allows 6 people on board). The owner's aft cabin needs to be completed; there is no mattress anymore, and it might be a good idea to remove the generator located under the berth.
Mooring at the edge of a canal, the owner has a COT that can be transferable. Annual cost €350 in 2021.
